Where are you based? We are gladly located in Sheridan, WY.

How does shipping work? We partner with domestic fulfillment centers in order to provide you the best prices and the unique products. This means that your order is shipped from all around the US such as Chicago, LA, New York etc.

We ship directly from our partners in these fulfillment center, that’s why your item may take 7-12 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way to you.

We ship anywhere in the continental US.

I didn’t receive my order I placed on Amazon. Unfortunately, orders placed on Amazon are shipped and fulfilled by Amazon. We recommend you calling Amazon customer support with your Order-ID number and tracking the status of your order.

I didn’t receive order confirmation email. Please double-check your spam or junk folder, it may have landed there. Or if it’s not there, contact us and we’ll make sure to send it over to you.

I got my tracking number. Where can I track the order? Not all of the orders have a tracking number. If you received one, you can check it one the carriers website for shipping status.

I want to cancel my order. If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours from the purchase and before the payment was processed or shipped then we’ll cancel your order. After that time your order will be on the way to you and we won’t be able to cancel it.
